Stockyards

In collaboration with Urban Ecosystems, Underhill is a part of a team that is transforming a South Saint Paul brownfeild site into a playful public space, as a part of a larger mixed use development. Underhill is responsible for the thoughtful modification of two derelict slaughterhouse buildings remaining onsite. The partial demolition of these two historic, working buildings will open them up to new life as follies in a park space.
